Entry level careers with Sears can start from just being a sales associate and working on the floor. Most of our current store management, regional, and corporate staff, at some point in their career, worked on our selling floor.

What is your hiring process?

Generally we look at what we have open at our locations. Post for those openings, then contact for interview. If an interview goes well, we contact references then write up a job offer.
