As a Customer Service Officer in our Customer Contact Centre, you would provide customer service to existing Scotiabank clients through the 1-800 number (in-bound calls). You would listen to, understand, and respond to customers needs.

Scotiabank has two other Call Centres in Canada located in Toronto and Halifax.

What is your hiring process?
Our hiring process beings with an initial telephone interview.
If successful, the candidate will come to the Call Centre for an online assesment to determine their functional skills, such as typing and internet navigation. The candidate will then go through a panel interview.

How much will I get paid?
Customer Service Representatives begin between $16.34 per hour.
