Started in 1907 Purdy's Chocolates is a Canadian, Family and privately owned company. We only use the freshest ingredients from all over the world to make our award winning products. With 56 stores across Canada we are continually growing and striving to be the best chocolate company in Canada! Does your organization have other locations besides Calgary?

Yes, we have stores in Edmonton, Red Deer and Lethbridge. We also have stores throughout BC and Ontario.

How many employees does your organization employ?

Depending on the time of year, as Christmas is our busiest season we have the most amount of employees at that time. Including manufacturing, warehouse, retail and support office we could hire up to 1000 people.

What type of positions do you offer?

Our positions vary we hire seasonal, part time and full time. We even work with schools to do co-op positions for students!

What type of education/training/equipment do I need?

To be a sales associate, none, we have a very good training program to start you out! If you are looking for management we are looking for a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity (or more depending on the position).

How old do I have to be to work for your company?

You must be at least 15 years of age.

How much will I get paid?

Our wages are reviewed annually but they are above minimum wage.
