We help people enjoy the benefits of self-propelled wilderness-oriented recreation. We do that by selling outdoor gear, clothing, and services. We match our members with gear that suits their needs. But we offer more than products. We offer passion. We love to share our expertise, experience, and enthusiasm.

What are some entry level career opportunities that your organization offers?

• Product Floor positions involving working with an in-depth knowledge of the gear sold in order to advise members of the appropriate item for the intended use.
• Cashier positions involving member service, cash handling, balancing, etc.
• Back Stock positions involving shipping and receiving, inventory management, and member service

What is your hiring process?

We conduct 1 phone interview and 1 sit down interview or we hold 1-2 internal hiring fairs over the course of the year.
