What is your hiring process?

Once we receive your resume, it is reviewed for suitability in relation to the skill set requirements of the position. If your skills meet our criteria, you will be contacted for an interview with the Store Manager. If the interview process is successful, the candidate will be asked to provide references and an offer of employment will be extended pending reference checks. What type of education/training/equipment do I need?

La Senza provides full training to all employees. High school or the equivalent is an asset for Sales Consultant opportunities.
