What type of education/training/equipment do I need?

For Distribution Centre positions, you need a Grade 12 Diploma. Experience in a warehouse or a fast paced environment is an asset. For positions in Retail, experience in customer service is a bonus. Grand & Toy will provide full paid training to the right candidates in both distribution center and retail opportunities.

How old do I have to be to work for your company?

For retail, you have to be 16 yrs ; For Distribution Centre, you must be 18 years of age.

Depends on job and experience.
