Fast Labour Solutions Ltd. is an equal opportunity staffing agency that specializes in all Industrial placements including construction, warehouse and skilled trades. Our sister company Spirit Staffing and Consulting Inc. specializes in all administrative positions and executive searches. In addition to helping you find work, we also offer daily certified safety training. We are your 'one stop shop' agency and is recognized as an established leader in the staffing industry!

Does your organization have other locations besides Calgary?

We have an office in Edmonton, although we extend our services throughout the province of Alberta.

How many employees does your organization employ?

Internally we have eight employees and our external number of employee's change on a regular basis.

What type of positions do you offer?

We offer a wide range of positions including full-time & part time, seasonal, contract, casual and direct-hire positions.

What is your hiring process?

We encourage all applicants to come to our office and apply; you will be required to fill out an application and meet with one of our recruiters, for a personal interview.

For clients who are looking for temporary to full-time work, please drop in at our location 619A 36 Ave N.E. between 8:30AM - 4:30PM.

What do you look for in employees?

We are always seeking motivated, reliable and career minded employees who are looking for an excellent opportunity.

What type of education/training/equipment do I need?

The employers will inform us as to what is required. Under normal circumstances general labours are required to have steel toed boots. For the more technical positions each assignment will require different equipment, education and training, we will advise you upon hire of what is needed.

How old does one have to be to work for your company?

It depends on the position; most of our assignments require you to be a minimum of 18. Applicants 16 and over are encouraged to apply, as our requirements change daily. There may be an opportunity just around the corner for you!

How much will one get paid?

For general labours the minimum salary is $12.00 per hour however will vary depending on your experience. A majority of our positions available pay industry standards.

How would one hear about opportunities at your company?

Positions that are long term will be posted on our website. For assignments that are short term or temporary, provided that you have completed the application process, a recruiter will dispatch you to an assignment from home! We do not expect or require any of our employees to report to our office every morning.
