We are a one stop outsourcing solution, who like to think outside the box and help deliver a solution no matter what problem their company is facing.
Acting as an extension of your sales and marketing team, we can help design, manage, and own the execution of all your field marketing needs. We are happy to augment an existing outside sales and marketing team or take complete ownership of a specific program from the ground up.

What is your hiring process?
Screen resumes, conduct phone interview, set up interview with Team Manager. In order to ensure success, chosen candidates will then be trained extensively on product information, sales techniques and company guidelines. Initial training includes a combination of classroom, in field training, shadowing. Consistent coaching is provided and infield visits with management are scheduled monthly or as needed.

How much will I get paid?
Our hourly wages may vary depending on the program. This current opportunity with our TELUS program offers $16.00 plus commission on sales made and the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus.
