Our hiring process is as follows:

• If shortlisted, they are invited to an information session & interview
• If successful though the interview then a background checks consisting of a police security check & reference check is done
• If the position is "Safety Sensitive" then candidates are sent for medicals
• Once you are clear on the background checks and medical (if applicable), then you hired as an employee.
