How many employees does your organization employ?

What do you look for in employees?
We are looking for experienced, highly energetic, motivated and enthusiastic to work within Recreational Social Programs. We are looking for Recreation Programmers who will be responsible for ongoing program implementation and organization, as well as supporting recreation leaders/instructors and volunteers associated with one or more summer programs. We are also looking for Recreation Program Leaders who are interested in delivering exciting children's programs. You will have the chance to lead various recreation day camp programs for preschoolers ages 3 - 5 or children 6 - 12 at one of our many pools, leisure centers, or community locations. You will be responsible for leading, planning, implementing and evaluating programs, as well as providing leadership and direction to junior leaders and/or volunteers when required.
What type of education/training/equipment do I need?
Current Standard First Aid and CPR Certification by the first day of employment.
How old do I have to be to work for your company?
Junior Leaders must be a minimum of 15 years.
Recreational Leaders must be a minimum of 16 years.
Youth Leaders, Recreation Programmers and Specialized Leaders must be a minimum of 18 years.
